If you want a challenge, try black and white photography in Costa Rica. I’ve never been to a place where colour pervades almost every aspect of the environment. The wildlife, foliage and flowers all scream to be seen, or not seen. It is one of the most challenging and magical places to spend time learning to photograph some of the most amazing animals on earth. This is a place I see myself returning to for years to come.
